The Blanc de Blanc is a white wine produced with white grapes.

Champagnes use that name for wines made exclusively from grapes chardonnay. But we also speak of white wine for all kinds of wines, sparkling or not, products throughout France and other countries.

The term opposed to Blanc de Blanc is Blanc de Noir, a white wine made from red grapes. In Champagne, we are used Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier or both blended. . .
