The Marquette grape variety

Is a hybrid variety of different species of Vitis, and Ravat 262. with origin of the Frontenac and Pinot noir. On the wine plan, the grape Marquette is remarkable. Resistance to downy mildew, powdery mildew and black rot.

The high sugar content and the moderate acidity of Marquette make it very manageable in the vineyard. The finished wines are complex, with a beautiful ruby color, pronounced tannins, both on the nose and on the palate.
