Grappa is a grape marc spirit produced in Italy, in the Swiss canton of Ticino and San Marino.

Cluster Giovani (young grappa): young or white grappa is immediately bottled after being distilled or allowed to stand in waterproof steel tanks, glass or fiberglass. This grappa has a harmonious structure, delicate perfume, dry and pleasant taste.

In vecchiate cluster (grappa aged or refined): grappa refined rests for some time in wooden casks: 12 months for the refined version, 18 months for highly refined version,
