Kirsch is a 100% natural cherry eau-de-vie with a high alcohol content (45 °).

White color, it comes exclusively from the distillation of a variety of cherry called the guigne. Obtained  by simple or double distillation of fermented cherries, pulps, juices and stones.

The Kirsch is an alcohol from Alsace, Franche-Comté and the Black Forest. Kirsch must age one year. True kirsch has a powerful bouquet and a very fine taste. . .
