Roussanne is a white grape with rong>white juice of the Rhone valley and south of France, and it is Enters in grapes selection for the hermitage and white Chateauneuf du Pape.

It is Called Bergeron in Savoie under AOC chignin-Bergeron, in reference to the town of origin (Chignin)
